Most of your online traffic is already AI.
It can't buy from your store.

Facet is a commerce system adapter: it gives your online store a second checkout, built for AI buyers. The agent proves who it is at the door, reads your real catalog, and pays on the rail you choose. Your human storefront never changes.

01 · One terminal, every agent

Facet composes every agent standard into one commerce rail.

Businesses that want to sell to AI agents don't have to learn them. They just know that it works exactly like their human checkout.

02 · Facet business directory

Your business immediately discoverable by AI agents and let them buy from your store.

Agents shop the directory, not the open web. Facet-adapted stores self-list the moment a catalog is connected, and are surfaced ahead of the 9.6M businesses already indexed.

x402
03 · Rail one · coin/x402 direct

Goods that ship today, paid straight to your wallet.

USDC moves over x402 on Base from the agent's wallet directly into yours. No float, no intermediary balance, nothing waiting on a payout run.

  • Multi-item carts. Up to 20 line items in one checkout, settled as a single order.
  • Full and partial refunds. A whole order or specific lines, pushed back into the store's own record.
  • Cancellations and returns. Before fulfillment or after, on the same signed rail.
Boson Escrow
04 · Rail two · coin/boson escrow

Pay now, serve later. The gap is the whole point.

A seat on a flight, a room on a given night, a repair quoted this morning. Escrow holds the money across that gap and releases it when the work is done.

A letter of credit for work that has not happened yet. The dispute window lines up with the service date, not with checkout.

VISAInfinite
05 · Rail three · Stripe Machine Payment Protocol

Stablecoin or card, settled through the Stripe account you already own.

Some agents pay in stablecoin, some present a Visa or Mastercard. Either way the money lands in the Stripe account you already run your business on, not a new balance you have to reconcile.

  • Your Stripe account, not ours. Coin and card both move through Stripe into the account you control.
  • Advertised up front. The rails appear in your agents.txt, so nothing is discovered at checkout.
  • Same identity gate. The agent still presents a Facet KYA before it can pay by any rail.
06 Mount

Five steps, about five minutes, no code changes.

No plugin to install, no theme to touch, and your human-facing site is untouched throughout. Every platform qualifies, not just WooCommerce.

00

Verify your domain

Prove you own it with a DNS record or a well-known file. Both paths are equal, so managed hosting is never a blocker.

00

Connect your store

Point Facet at your store's API keys. Shopify, WooCommerce, or whatever you already run.

00

Import your catalog

Your products become a typed, agent-readable menu. The schema is generated for you.

00

Set your payout wallet

The step that pays you. One address, about two minutes. Add Stripe here too if you want the card rails.

00

Go live

Flip out of test mode. Your Terminal starts answering agents, and your founding slot locks in.

Your founding slot locks in automatically the moment domain verification and store connection are both complete, while slots remain.

07 Pricing

You set what agents pay you.

Read-query and transaction rates are set by you, the merchant, not by Facet. The public rate card runs $0.001 to $0.01 per call and 1% to 3% of settled value.

Settlement runs on USDC via x402 on Base, Boson Protocol escrow for held orders, or Visa and Mastercard via Stripe. This is a public rate-card summary. Canonical binding numbers for a given site live at that site's own /v1/terms endpoint, and per-site agent rates are published in that site's /agents.txt.

Building agents rather than selling to them?
Point them at Facet.llc to discover our business directory. One call returns a ranked, typed listing of every business that sells what you are looking for. One step further hits that business's signed Terminal to quote, reserve and settle.
